Booking Terms

At Brie & Bagel, your satisfaction is our top priority! To make your experience as seamless as possible, we’ve outlined some simple terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a hassle-free booking and delivery/pickup process, keeping everyone smiling!

By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shortage/Replacement of Product
In cases of stock shortages or unavailability of specific items/foods, please be advised that products may be substituted with items of equal or higher value. We aim to ensure that your order is fulfilled to the best of our ability, maintaining the quality and satisfaction of your experience.

Deliveries and Collection
Deliveries or Collection will be between 7am – 6pm on the agreed delivery date, unless previously discussed. Once the box has been delivered or picked up it is no longer our responsibility. For deliveries, please try to ensure a recipient is home to receive the delivery or item will be brought back to our studio.

Dietary Requirements
At Brie and Bagel, we prioritize your dietary needs with utmost seriousness. While we take great care, particularly when crafting allergen-friendly boxes, it’s important to note that traces of allergens may still be present. Rest assured, we do everything possible to accommodate dietary requirements and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Deposits & Cancellations
Grazing table and/or charcuterie wall booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations for your event will give you a store credit for up to 365 days from deposit payment UNLESS cancelled within 14 days of the event, in which case your deposit is forfeited and no store credit will be given.

Any box order that has been fully paid for is non-refundable in the chance a customer may need to cancel their order. You will be given a store credit to use from 28 days of payment date UNLESS cancellation occurred within 48 hours of agreed delivery date, in which case your payment will be forfeited.

Consumption
All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing table, charcuterie wall or grazing boxes has been set up or from the delivery of a takeaway box order, in line with government rules and regulations. Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk.

Brie and Bagels are liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume orders within three (3) hours of set up or delivery, or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures into consideration when consuming food products.

Return and Rental of Equipments
All boards, serving equipment and display items must be thoroughly cleaned and returned to Brie & Bagel Adelaide within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.

In the event that the Equipment is not thoroughly cleaned; or damaged in any way, including such things as minor chips or dents; or not returned within 3 calendar days of the delivery date, then the Customer unconditionally consents to, and indemnifies the Supplier for, an additional replacement, delivery and/or cleaning fee at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
